Asphalt Distributor Tank (MC1 Tank)

Specification:  Single burner and double burner system with coil of seamless pipe inside the tank.  5cm thick insulation is used to protect the loss of heat. Spray bar length 3.5 meters with 25 nozzles and spray bar 2.15 meters with 15 nozzles are used according to the size of MC1 Tank. Engine with capacity 15 to 22kw with two or three cylinders is used to operate compressor & pump. Stainless steel flexible pipes are used to ensure the smooth flow of high temperature MC1 towards the spray bar. All fabrication and fittings are strictly used according to the standard.
